Joicy Callahan, 73, of New Hope, passed away Monday.
She was preceded in death by father, James Earl Talley, mother, Vicey Talley, husband, Joe Callahan, daughter, Debbie Key, son, Jerry Callahan, brother, Grady Talley, brother, Mack Talley, brother, Delbert Talley, granddaughter, Danielle Pinkston, and granddaughter, Kelly Davis.
Surviving are son, James Callahan, daughter, Teresa (Daniel) Pinkston, son, Willie (Lisa) Callahan, daughter, Liza (Carl) Davis, grandchildren, Nikki (Leo) Dahill, Tyler Callahan, Austin Pinkston, Dainel Ray Pinkston, Elizabeth Wadsworth, Carl Davis,Jr., sister, Louise Cosby, sister, Nellie Moody (Orville) Blackwood, brother, Homer (Becky) Talley, brother, Ray Talley, numerous step children, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and special thanks to Melissa Bates and Encompass Hospice for the wonderful care provided during her illness.
Visitation will be Thursday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Friday at 1:00 PM with Bro. Keith Click officiating.
Interment will be in the Price Cemetery.
