Johnny Matthew Dunn, Sr., 71, of Huntsville passed away Saturday at a Nashville, TN hospital. Mr. Dunn was a native of Chattanooga, TN and a resident of Madison County since 1985. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 with 28 years of service to his country. He also retired from SPARTA as a Logistic Analyst. Johnny was a loving husband and father and will be greatly missed by his family and a host of friends. Survivors include his wife of 46 years: Sadako Dunn; one son: Johnny Matthew Dunn, Jr. and one daughter: Dianne Dunn. Visitation will be Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. James Harrell officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
