Johnny Martin Manuel Jr. was born on November 29, 1967, in Winter Garden, Florida. He peacefully entered the gates of Heaven on August 31, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. Johnny had chosen to be an organ donor, as his final act of service, he gave hope to at least 3 individuals and many more.
Johnny loved to volunteer his time in the community with the food bank or at church he had a serving heart for all. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family. His passions were caring and loving for those around him. He also enjoyed building a garden and looking after his chickens.
Johnny is survived by his fiancée, Stephanie; his children Alicia (David), Johnathon (Mary), Brandon (Ashley). His 7 grandchildren Zoe, Caleb, David, Addilynn, Elizabeth Jo, Aiden, and David. His siblings Patsy Scott-Moomaw (Micheal), Willam Scott, David Scott Jr. His niece and nephews David 3rd, Angel, and Justin.
Johnny is preceded in death by his parents Patsy and David Sr.
Johnny will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Although he is no longer with us physically, he is forever and always in our hearts. He would want his friends and family to continue his legacy by serving others and caring for their neighbor.
His friends and family invite those who knew him to celebrate his life Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Vina Baptist Church in Vina, AL. There will be an opportunity for those wanting to share their favorite memories and stories with his family and young grandchildren.
