Johnny L. Harvey age 79 was born December 7, 1939 in Russellville, Alabama to the late James and Velma Harvey. He passed away peacefully on November 9, 2019.
John entered a union with his wife Brenda, on February 10, 1965 and they enjoyed 54 years of marriage. They were blessed with 2 sons Tracy and Michael and 1 daughter Lisa.
John was a faithful member of Jehovah Witness.
He was preceded in death by his parents James “Jim” Harvey and mother, Velma Harvey; brothers, Henry Harvey; Nathaniel Harvey; Albert Sargent; sister, Alberta
Neal; sisters-in-law Betty Harvey and Beverly Harvey.
John is survived by his wife Brenda, his children, Tracy (Valerie), Lisa, Rodney and Michael (Amy), seven grands and seven great-grands; brothers and sister James Harvey (Shelah), Charlie Harvey, Leo Harvey; Annie Harlan; sisters-in-law, Beatrice Harvey and Judy Harvey.
John looked forward to the fulfillment of Revelation 21:3-4 “And He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more”.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 13, 2019, 12:00 P.M. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 A.M. until service time. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
