Johnny L. Glasgow, 73, died Friday, September 5, 2025 at his son’s residence. He was born in Phil Campbell, AL and was retired from Mueller Copper Tube. He was a member of Johnson Country Church and visited Ten Acre Field.
Services will be Sunday, September 7, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Jason Glasgow and Bro. Marshall Green officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, September 7, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Shady Valley Cemetery, Tremont, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Shirley Johnson Glasgow; three sons, Elon Glasgow and family, Jason Glasgow and Joseph Glasgow and two sisters, May White and Mary Glasgow.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Audie Glasgow; his mother, Addie Cummings Glasgow and four brothers, Arlon, Bob, Claude and James Glasgow.
Pallbearers will be Austin Townsand, Ryder Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Gary White, Jeffery White, Chris White and Gary White, Jr.
