Johnny Jaye Ray, age 73 of Hackleburg, Alabama passed away October 18, 2023 at Helen Keller Hospital. He was foreman at Ray Cattle Company and was a member of New Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Hodges, AL.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at New Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Hodges, AL. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Tony Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Tree Cemetery, Hackleburg, AL.
Bill Smith, Josie Randolph, Curtis Randolph, Clint Randolph, Austin Drane, Keenan Rushing and Bret Vickery will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Ray is survived by his wife, Sandra L. Ray; children, Tina Tice, Shawn (Cindy) Randolph and Eddie (Debbie) Randolph; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Fermon “Shorty” Ray; mother Idell Stidham Ray; sons, Randy Randolph and Robert Randolph; and grandson, Drake Randolph.
