Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Johnny Hugh Taylor, Jr. age 44 of Winchester.  Mr. Taylor passed from this life unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Monday April 9, 2018. He was a native of Franklin County and attended Huntland High School. He was employed by Great Lakes Cheese. A dedicated father and a loving husband, he always had a smile on his face and laughter in his voice.  He was quite the jokester, often using his dramatic personality to get a laugh.  He loved his Hummer and BMW motorcycle.  Preceding him in death is his mother, Deborah Ann Brannon and his father, Johnny Hugh Taylor Sr.; his maternal grandparents.  Mr. Taylor leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, his wife, Tonia Vanzant Taylor; sons, Johnnie Hugh Taylor lll, Jeremy Hughton Taylor and Justice Hayden Taylor; sisters, Tisha Brannon and Tyra Taylor; nieces, Diamond Taylor and Shayla Burnette; nephew Tyreke Hayworth; maternal grandfather Athen Bean, Jr; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family.  The family will receive friends at the Friendship Tabernacle Saturday April 14, 2018 from 12 noon until 1 p.m.  after which celebration of the life of Johnny Hugh Taylor, Jr. will commence at 1 p.m.  Interment will follow at Payne’s Chapel Cemetery in Huntland.  Friends and relatives will serve as pallbearers and flower bearers.  Online condolences may be sent to www.watsonnorth.com
