Johnny Durward “Trey” Taylor, III, age 35, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, March 07, 2022.

Trey was extremely loved and this world has lost someone very special.  Trey loved music, both listening and playing, and passed this love on to his son.   No matter the demons he faced and lived with, he was always checking on everyone else and putting their needs in front of his own.  Trey was a son, a brother, a cousin, uncle, nephew, father, friend, and so much more, but mostly he was loved.  He loved his family, but most of all, he loved his son.

If this one thing can help someone else, the family would want you to know that there is help for depression and addiction.  It does not have to end like this.  If you are struggling please reach out. There is help available 24/7. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is always open 800-273-8255 and the Substance Abuse & Mental Health hotline is 1-800-662-4357.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny Durward & Patsy Fay Taylor, James & Sarah Henderson; and aunt, Debbie Grissom.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his 14 year old son, Brayden Taylor; parents, Johnny Durward Taylor II (Angela), Cindy Henderson Ragan (Chris); brothers, Sean Taylor (Savannah), Dakota Crosslin (Teri Beth); nephews, Logan and Kaleb Taylor; niece, Kaylee Swinney; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of friends.
