Johnnie Kay Ready, 86, of Hazel Green, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022.
Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Lynn Taylor (Tony); brothers, Jerry Dickey Towry (Eloise), and Ted E. Towry (Darry); sister, Reva J. Simmons; two grandchildren, Presley Cheyenne Tafoya (Chuck) and James Preston Taylor; and one great-granddaughter, Naomi Elise Tafoya, and one on the way, and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Ready was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Randall Ready; parents, Willie C. and Jennie H. Kay Towry, and brother-in-law, Howard Simmons.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 14th from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by service at 2:00 with Rev. Stan Mullins officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
