
Johnas Theodore Van Dyke, Jr., 75, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025, at his home. He was born December 13, 1949, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, to Johnas Theodore and Harriett Gaye Van Dyke, Sr. He lived in Onaway, Michigan, for many years, and then Atlanta, Michigan, before moving to Fulton, Mississippi about two months ago. He was a truck driver most of his life, long hauling to the east coast and west coast and Canada. He enjoyed hunting and he like piddling with electrical work and auto mechanic work.
Services will be private. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Monica Van Dyke; one son, James W. Van Dyke of Fulton; one daughter, Jennifer Miller of Nashville, TN; one brother, James T. Van Dyke of Fenton, Michigan; one brother-in-law, Danny Woodruff of Arizona; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Charlotte Woodruff, and an infant sister; and his parents.
