John William Wickliffe, 65 of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at Lincoln Medical Center in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Born Monday, September 6, 1948 in Greenville, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Edward Max Wickliffe and the late Edna Mae Henderson Wickliffe.
John lived in the Ardmore area for the past 23 years, he was a Veteran of Vietnam, and a member of Sweet Springs Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening, landscaping and was a avid college Alabama Football Fan.
He is survivied by a daughter, Christie Bessinger of Myrtle Beach, SC, brother, David Ross ( Melody) Wickliffe of Ardmore, TN, 2 grandchildren, Michaela & River Bessinger.
Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday August 24, 2014, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home with the Bro. Joel Logan officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 24, 2014, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
