Mr. John “Two Shot” Smith, 72, of Scottsboro, rode to his Heavenly home on Sunday, October 20, 2019.
Two Shot served his country as an E-4 in the US Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He also was a camp historian for the SCV and honorary member of the Mechanized Calvery, founding member of The Three Eagles MC, founding member of The Travelers MC, member of the VFW, one of the original organizers of “Trail of Tears” route through Scottsboro, member of the Patriot Guard, and lifetime member of the NRA.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Two Shot is survived by his daughters, Julie Ann and her bunch, Dawn and her bunch, Jen and her bunch, Debbie and her bunch; special friend, Lorraine Harris; oldest riding brother, Bumper (Frances) Bell; and a lifetime of riding brothers and sisters. Special thanks to Mama Jo and Wanda for the care they gave him in his last days.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, his brother, Ricky, and multiple riding brothers.
