John T. Moody, 86, of Decatur, died on Monday, April 3, 2023 at his residence. He was born August 28, 1936, in Morgan County, to William Moody and Estelle Atchley.
He was employed by Decatur Utilities, as a Supervisor for the Gas Department, prior to his retirement.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Brothers: James, J.D. William and David Moody, and sisters: Marie Houser, Irene Baker, Francis Speegle and Ollie Martin.
