Homegoing celebration for Dr. John Oscar Malone, Sr. will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, July 12, 2026 at the Morning Star Baptist Church (1178 Highway 21 (MLK) Bypass Monroeville, AL 36460), with Dr. Ywell K. Cunningham as eulogist, with Presley-Fluker Funeral Directors, directing.
Interment will be in the Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery, Monroeville, AL.
Public viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the Morning Star Baptist Church (1178 Highway 21 (MLK) Bypass Monroeville, AL 36460).
