John Neal Phillips, 79, died November 26, 2019. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Killen Cemetery. He was the father of Kris Phillips.
