Funeral service for John Morris, Sr. , 75, will be Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ben Bates officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Morris died on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Summerford Nursing Home. He was born September 27, 1937, in Talladega County to Dallas Morris and Louise Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents, a step-son: Wayne Reese and two brothers: Claude and David morris

Three Daughters: Pam Manzzella, (Al), Birmingham, AL, Sandi Johnson, (Neal), Nashville, TN, and Regina Sharp, (Brian), Hartselle, AL
One Brother: Bill Morris (Joyce), Tuscaloosa, AL
One Sister: Jo Ann Reese (Denny), Hartselle, AL
