John Milton Hood, age 79 of Parrish, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Phillip Hill will officiate.
Mr. Hood was preceded in death by his Wife-Sue Ann Hood; Mother-Martha Hood; Father-Milton D. Hood.
He is survived by his Sons-Micheal T. Hood (Midge) and Gary S. Hood (Connie); Sisters-Linda Sweat, Bettie Robbins, Carolyn Hood and Rita Marone; Brothers-Richard Hood and Ronnie Hood; Grandchildren-Caleb Hood (Priscilla) and Courtney Holcombe (Heath).
