John Michael Shook – Obituary

John Michael Shook, 48, of Little Rock, passed away May 24, 2013. John is survived by his wife, Mary Josephine Clare; twin sons, John Michael Shook Jr. and Joseph Edward Shook; sister, Kelly Campbell and husband, Allen Campbell; brothers, Kenneth Shook and wife, Pattie Shook, David Shook and wife, April Shook.

John will live forever in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013, from 1-3 p.m. at Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark.
