John M. “Jack” Biel, 77, of Harvest passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Biel was preceded in death by a daughter Kathleen Freestone, son John Matthew Biel, brother Don Biel and parents John and Susan Biel. He is survived by his wife Lucy A. Biel, daughter, Bridget Biel; sons, Robert “Bob” Biel (Pati); John “Jack” Biel (Michelle), Timothy “Tim” Biel (Allison); son-in-law, Todd Freestone; sisters, Carole Mullins, Nancy Fechalos and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral will be Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 11:00am with Father Phil O’Kennedy officiating. Burial will follow at Madison Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warriors Program. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
