John Layne Drake, 52, of New Market, passed away on Tuesday, July 14. He is survived by his sister, Cindy Hollingsworth; brother, Charles Drake; step-father, Wilson B. Campbell and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Friday at Drake Cemetery in New Hope, Alabama at 11:00 a.m. Rev. James Harrell will be officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
