John L. Conley, Sr., age 83, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, May 04, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. He was a native of Isoline, TN, member of Mars Hill Baptist Church and Lawrence County Classics Car Club, a mason, and a volunteer with God’s Storehouse. Mr. Conley retired from the U.S. Air Force where he served his country honorably during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam Era.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J. V. and Notie Jackson Conley; his wife, Carolyn Louise Conley; and six brothers and sisters.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, May 05, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 06, 2017, with Mickey Brackin officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors.
