John L. Carter, 69, died December 1, 2022. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2022, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at A.W. Todd Center. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., at the center, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Akins Funeral Home, Russellville will assist the family.
