Mr. John Henry Mason, 83 of Cherokee, passed Friday, March 15, 2019. Funeral service for Mr. Mason will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Cherokee Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Cherokee, AL. Rev. Stephen Davis, Sr, officiating.
Burial will be in Cherokee Memorial Park, Cherokee, AL. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m.
The public viewing will be Monday, from noon -8 p.m.

John was proceeded in death by his wife Patricia D. Mason.
He leaves to cherish, a devoted and caring daughter; Trasena Burwell, and a loving granddaughter, Chloe’ Burwell and brother Samuel Long.
