John Henry Dunigan, 87, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS. He worked in the maintenance departments during his working years at nursing homes and hospitals. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and never passed up an opportunity to visit Tunica or attend a baseball or football game.
Survivors include his children, Mary Badger (Steve) and Laura Bost (Billy), his grandchildren, Stephanie Scott (Chris), Stacey Badger, Jacob Badger (Brittany), Bradley Stearns (Autumn), and Cameron Stearns (Haley), 5 great-grandchildren, and his great great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Dunigan, and his parents, Charles and Frances Dunigan.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Bost Auto World in Pontotoc, MS with visitation beginning at 12PM.
