John Galinaitis, 63, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
Mr. Galinaitis was an Army veteran of 20 years, for which he was very proud of his position as “EOD. In his leisure time, he enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles and was a loyal Chicago Bears fan.
Survivors include his daughter, Kathryn Galinaitis (Adam Workman); sons, Seth Galinaitis and Joshua Galinaitis; grandchildren: Elijah Galinaitis, Timothy Davis, James Galinaitis, Lucas Galinaitis, Aurora Galinaitis, Josephine Galinaitis, and Kuiper Galinaitis; sisters: Judy Blackwell, Betty Maier, Zita Dorenbos, and Claudia Kupperschmidt; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Galinaitis was preceded in death by his parents, Gustavos and Adele Galinaitis.
Graveside will be Tuesday, January 31st at 2:00 PM EST in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
