John Frank Cole, 84 of Falkville went home on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. He was born December 22, 1931 to William George Cole and Sarah Ann Weinman, one of their 11 children. John was a veteran of the Korean War.
He loved the Lord, his family, living on his mountain and playing music.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carolyn, Daughters Patsy Cole of Hartselle, Debbie Herrera, Vidor, Tx, Johna Junkins (Tim) of Madison, Son, Johnathan (Lisa), Falkville and “adopted” son Larry Garrison (Linda) of Falkville. One brother Bud Cole, Sister Kathleen Wood Key, Hartselle. Ten grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial service for John Frank Cole, 84, will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. Mr. Cole’s Son, Rev. Johnathan Cole will officiate the service at Peck Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
At his request, in lieu of flowers, he wanted donations to help homeless veterans, the family chose Eagle’s Landing, 6501 Moffett Rd, Mobile, AL. 36618
