John Edgar Higdon, 80, of Decatur, passed away on December 21, 2018.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. prior to the service at thefuneral home.
Mr. Higdon was a Navy veteran and a retired maintenance mechanic. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Higdon.
Mr. Higdon is survived by his children Susan Coons, Cindy Morgan and Angela Parker; his stepchildren Chris Chop and Mike Mann; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
