Mr. John Cook age 86 of Pinson, formerly of Horton, passed away at St. Vincents East in Birmingham, Tuesday, July 28, 2020. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 11:30 am at Zion Hill Cemetery in the Douglas Community. He is survived by his daughters; Janice Johnson, Jerri Nelson, sons; John (Kathy) Cook, Jason Cook, grandchildren; Brandon, Ben, Allison, Geoffrey, Ashley, Hayley, 6 Great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Lumas & Barcie Lee Cook, wife; Barbara Cook, Brother; Sherril “Monk” Cook, sister; Mary Ruth Matthews.
