John Charles King, age 62, of Athens died December 8, 2025. He was born August 2, 1963 in Maryland to William and Jeannie Ross King. He is survived by his mother, Jeannie Myer of Huntsville and his son, Anthony (Linda) Charles King from Tuscumbia, Alabama. There will be a 1:00 p.m. graveside service on Monday, December 22nd at Thatch and Mann Cemetery of Athens officiated by Tony King.
