John Brown Peabody, 76, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022.
Mr. Peabody enjoyed assembling model cars and planes, was a former member of the Space and Rocket Center, and was an Alabama fan. He served in the Air Force for a year and a half, and the Army Reserve for 8-1/2 years.
Survivors include his son, Matthew Peabody; daughter, Dawn Lanigan (James); three grandchildren: Hannah Pearl Peabody, Alexis Renae Peabody and Damien Aiden Peabody; and nephew, Kelly Miller.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Rickey Pearl Peabody; and parents, Richard and Amy Peabody.
No services are planned. Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
