John “Austin” Sinks

Age 35 of Greenbrier passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022 in Nashville, TN. He was born September 4, 1986 in Nashville, TN to John Harold & Pamala Clarice Chappell Sinks. He worked as a landscaper and as a musician. Austin attended and played football for White House High School. He graduated from Hendersonville High School and was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed fishing, listening to Rock music and watching football, especially the University of TN Volunteers. He was very talented and tried out for American Idol. Everyone that knew him knew that he had a big heart. He is preceded in death by his father, John Harold Sinks. He is survived by his mother, Pamala Chappell, Greenbrier, TN; brother, Dustin (Kristi) Shaw, Springfield, TN; sister, Savannah Sinks, Greenbrier, TN; several uncles. aunts and cousins. A memorial service is being planned and this obituary will be updated when arrangements are finalized.
