Graveside Service for John Anthony Clark, age 51, of Cullman, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Simcoe Baptist Cemetery with Bo Shedd officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Clark passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021. He was born January 11, 1970, in Cullman, Alabama, to Woodrow Joseph and Susan Jane Clark.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lacy Anne Clark; daughter, Hannah Clark; father, Woodrow Joseph Clark; and brother, Joe Clark.
Survivors include his son, Cody Clark; mother, Jane Clark; brothers, Jeff (Tammy) Clark and Jeremy (Carrie) Clark; and a host of nieces and nephews.
