Joel Ewing, 55, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the Red Bay Hospital. He was born in Alabama and worked with Red Bay Water and Gas and Street Department for ten years.
Graveside services will be Thursday, April 11, 2 p.m. at Red Bay City Cemetery with Jackie Benson officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his mother, Martha Jo Ewing; two sons, AJ Ewing and Alex Ewing; one daughter, Katelyn Ewing; two granddaughters and two sisters, Sheila Jo Robbins (David) and Maggie Parrish.
He was preceded in death by his father, Euzell Ewing.
Pallbearers will be Clay Ridge, Daniel Aday, Zach Frederick, Cody Wilkinson and Raymond Robbins.
