Joe Wheeler Smith, age 79, of Florence, Alabama, died, Tuesday, October 10, 2017. The visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 14th from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Wayne Wood will be officiating. Burial will follow in Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Smith, daughters, Cathy Clemons and Cindy Dailey.
