Funeral service for Joe Ramey Maxwell, 71, will be Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 4:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Maxwell died on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 16, 1941, in Morgan County to John Durward Maxwell and RubyTurney Maxwell. He served in the Army National Guard and was a retired supervisor from Prestolite and Design Force Companies. He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Marie Maxwell and his parents.
Survivors include: Two Sons: Shayne Maxwell (Tracey), Somerville, AL and Brett Maxwell (Aladie), Somerville, AL
One Sister: Mary Lane, Huntsville, AL
Five Grandchildren: Jordan Maxwell, Taylor Maxwell, Tucker Maxwell, Noah Maxwell, and Emma Maxwell
