Joe Louis Sanford, 78, died Oct. 15, 2016. Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Little Star Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Jackson Memory Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Sanford Memorial Cemetery. He will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Public viewing will be today and Friday from 10-6 at the funeral home.
