Joe Ernestine “Dick” Townsend, 88, died June 3, 2019. Visitation is Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Leoma Cemetery. He was retired from Murray Ohio.
