Joe David Carnell, age 65, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, November 03, 2015 at his residence. He was a native of Waynesboro, TN, and a Repo Man.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Gustavia Fowler Carnell; one brother, Frank Carnell; and two sisters, Fanny Lou Martin and Betty Ann DeWeese.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, November 07, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 07, 2015, with Ricky Cotton officiating. Interment will follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
