Two Daughters; Shyla Cook ( Mike), Savanah Brown ( Justin)

Mother: Jett Ramey.

He was Preceeded in death by his Father- Vester Cook, Sister-Pamela Cook, Brothers,Wade Cook, Eric Hayes, Daughter; Tiffany Taylor, Father in Law-Bobby Ivey
