Joe C. “J.C.” Gallaher, 87, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018. Visitation will be 5:30-8 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Shawnettee Memory Gardens. He was a former prisoner of war in the United States Army.
