Joe Andy Ray, age 83 of Franklin, TN passed away February 19, 2019. Born in F
ranklin, TN to the late James & Virgie Howell Ray. He was retired from Durango Boot. Preceded in death by his wife, Emma Lorene Ray; daughter, Inga Mangrum; sisters, Sadie Martin, Myrtle Conner & Clara Conner and his brother, Thomas Ray. Survived by his daughter, Julie (Bob) Walls; sister, Mary Williams; grandchildren, Seth Legieza, Destin Legieza, Matthew Ray and Christopher Mangrum. Funeral service will be 1:00PM Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Pond Cemetery. Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
