Joby Michael Taylor was born on November 3, 1972 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of Barbara Stanfill Taylor and the late Joseph “Mike” Taylor, who preceded his son in death on December 11, 2019.
Mr. Taylor worked as a mechanic and enjoyed working on cars. He also enjoyed fishing and tinkering and fixing things.
Joby Michael Taylor departed this life on May 5, 2021 at the age of 48 years, 6 months, and 2 days.
He is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Taylor and Amy Taylor, both of Savannah, Tennessee and Hannah Taylor of Florence, Alabama; sons, Michael Taylor of Crump, Tennessee, Joby Taylor of Ft. Stewart, Georgia, and Grant Taylor of Adamsville, Tennessee; mother, Barbara Stanfill Taylor of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Brian Taylor of Nashville, Tennessee and Casey Taylor of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Jill Taylor of Counce, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Aaron, Leelynn, Madison, and Esabella.
In addition to his father, Joby was preceded in death by his grandparents, Aubrey and Marie Taylor and Bynum and Martha Stanfill.
