JoAnn Ruple Fowler, 84, of Florence, passed away February 22, 2019. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 11-1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow in Tri- Cities Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Greenview Funeral Home.
