JoAnn Mills Madden, age 79, Spruce Pine, passed away on Friday, March 03, 2017 at Russellville Health Care.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 05, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Billy Quinn. Burial will be at Spruce Pine Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Yancy Mills and Mamie Phifer Mills Bentley; grandparents, Will and Pearl Phifer; brother, Billy Mills; granddaughter, Jennifer Scott (Kevin); daughter-in-law, Brenda Madden; and father of her children, Martin Madden.
JoAnn leaves to cherish her memory; her sons, Ronnie Madden, Mike Madden (wife, Sherry); grandchildren, Craig Madden (wife, Abby), Michael Madden (wife, Christina), Billy Madden (wife, Stacey); great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Scott, Hayden Madden, Shiloh Madden, Heidi Madden, Cooper Madden; great-great-grandson, Tryton Stone; and numerous cousins and friends.
The pallbearers will be Billy Madden, Craig Madden, Wayne West, Hershel Garrison, Mickey Blevins, and David Grissom.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff of Russellville Health Care for the love and care of our family.
