JoAnn Denise Colquitt, 53 of Arab, Alabama died Thursday August 4, 2016 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Mrs. Colquitt was born January 27, 1963 to James Ardes Woodard and Evelyn Louise Isbell Woodard in Pell City, Alabama. She was a homemaker and lived in Arab for 24 years moving from Gadsden.
She was member of Cross Fire Christian Church, Arab Alabama.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years Simon Colquitt; sons and daughter-in-law: Jason and Donna Andrew and Jeremy Hughes; daughters: Christy Marie Stiles and Melissa Sue Stiles; step son: Toby Colquitt; step daughters and step sons-in-law: Charlotte Colquitt, Crystal Danielle Colquitt, Angel Colquitt and Manuel Perez; twelve grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law: James Terry and Brenda Woodard; sisters and brothers-in-law: Faye and Greg Campbell, Mary and Don Jones and Brenda and Dusty Suit. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Evelyn Woodard.
The family elected cremation and will have a memorial service at a later date. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements.
Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday August 8, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
