Joan Prouty, age 75, passed peacefully on November 21, 2023 at home with her children by her side. Joan was born January 28, 1948 to the late Ted and Helen Lloyd in Canandaigua New York. She was number 6 of 15 children. Joan loved watching birds, planting flowers, and baking. She was married to the love of her life and soulmate Roger for 38 years, raising a blended family. She is survived by her 5 children, Robert Foster, Tammy (Bob) Butler, Chris (Allen) Estey, Roger Prouty, Traci (Scott) Lewis, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, her 2 fur babies Chase and Chance and many extended adopted children and grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Nelson’s Family Farm (801 Horn Springs Rd, Lebanon TN 37087) on February 17, 2024 at 2 p.m.
