Jo Ann Jones, 80 of Anderson, passed away on Sunday, November 28th, 2021, at her residence. Mrs. Jones was born on June 22nd, 1941, to Allison Howard and Nancy Ann Reece Collins.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her sisters Elizabeth Evans (James “Buddy” Evans) and Maxine Collins; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband David Ray Jones; son David Allison Jones; her parents; and brothers Hester, Ray, and Buddy Collins.
A graveside service for Mrs. Jones will be on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, at 1:00pm at New Salem Cemetery, with Greg Patrick officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00am-12:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Joshua Rhineheimer, Brent Green, Tony Collins, Tim Collins, Tracy Collins, Daryl Evans, Jimmy Evans, and Clay Jackson
