Jimmy Wayne Woods, Jr., age 40, of Oakman, passed away on February 11, 2026. He was born on November 25, 1985.
Jimmy was a beloved son, father, brother, and grandson. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the special bond he shared with his children. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Nell Hand; his father, Jeff Warren; his children, Joshua Woods, Bailey Woods, and Mason Woods; his sisters, Catherine Nell Nethery, Sandra Lynn Wood, and Tina Rena Holden (Murphy Holden); his grandmother, Nellie Nethery; and a host of aunts, uncles, friends, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by Jimmy Wayne Woods, Sr.; James Marlin Hand and Cecil Gordon Nethery, and Teressa Skinner.
