Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy Lloyd Milligan, age 84, will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Follis Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 pm until service time on Sunday.
Mr. Milligan; a very active and life long member of Follis Chapel United Methodist Church, a retired supervisor/foreman for Emerson Electric, served in the National Guard, and loved to bird hunt; passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Mr. Milligan was preceded in death by his parents, O. B. and Greta M. Milligan; and by a sister, Gail Greene.
Mr. Milligan is survived by his wife, Paula Dabbs Milligan of Trenton, TN; a daughter, Tamela “Tammy” Smith (John H.) of Trenton, TN; a granddaughter, Rebecca Smith Miller (Stephen) of Humboldt; a great grandson, Lucas Wayne Miller; and five siblings, June Blair of Alamo, TN, Gary Milligan of Paris, TN, Brenda Crane of Memphis, TN, Sammy Milligan of Trenton, TN, and Shelly Thompson of Trenton, TN.
