Mr. Jimmy L. Rogers, age 76, of Oakman passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Dutton Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Rogers; mother, Cindy Rogers; wife, Mary Rogers; great grandson, Hayden Lee Dozier; great granddaughter, Nicole Starr Rogers; and sister, Bea Smith.
He is survived by his sons, Jimmy Rogers Jr. (Tammy) and Johnny Frank Rogers; granddaughter, Tamara Millwood; grandson, Chris Rogers; great granddaughters, Taygen, Gabby, Layla, Kinsley and Chrislee; great grandson, Slayde; brother, Johnny Rogers; sisters, Jewell Haskett (Don) and Gertrude Guthrie; and a host of other family and friends.
